Spence Solutions Limited is a New Zealand-based consultancy established in 2025, built on over 10 years of experience in the water treatment sector. We were founded to streamline project delivery, improve project outcomes, and lift client satisfaction across water and wastewater infrastructure.
We specialise in project management and delivery, supported by expertise in commissioning, contract management, project close-out, and technical documentation. Working with councils, contractors, and private clients, we deliver detailed, practical solutions at every stage of a project.

End-to-end project management from initial planning and commissioning through to final close-out. We coordinate across engineering disciplines to keep projects on programme, on budget, and delivered to scope.

Prepared the O&M manuals and supporting project documentation for the Draper Water Treatment Plant in Cairns, providing clear, accurate records for ongoing operation and maintenance.

Engaged to provide project management for the Polydose pump upgrade, coordinating delivery through to completion.

Engaged on New Zealand’s largest ever wastewater project, supporting the completion and closure of project reporting and final snag resolution across this landmark Auckland infrastructure project.

Delivered the hypochlorite dosing and generation upgrade, including process, instrumentation and control design, mechanical installation, and full commissioning management across the entire project.
